Support Manager

Responsibilities:
• Oversee support for our CloudLinux OS and KernelCare products.
• Work closely with our team of talented engineers who are supporting the company’s customers
• Plan and schedule support team’s work
• Develop and monitor metrics to manage a performance support team
• Act as a point of escalation for critical customer issues
• Prioritize incoming support issues based on urgency and customer impact
• Coordinate with product engineering teams on bug fixes, feature requests, and emergency issues
• Ensure that the company exceeds customer expectations for support and response time SLAs

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in managing a support team
• In-depth knowledge of Linux
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent English
• Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible
