• Support Service Desk in working condition, solving problems.
• Deployment and customization of new software solutions;
• Administration Service Desk, as well as other software solutions;
• Monitoring the work of the Service Desk, analysis and timely resolution of incidents;
• Technical user support for the work of the Service Desk;
• Training of staff in the Service Desk.
• Maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base;

• Experience of administration and implementation of Service Desk solutions;
• Experience in administering VMWare vSphere virtualization;
• Windows administration experience;
• Experience writing scripts;
• Experience with PostgresSQL;
• Experience with monitoring systems;
• Maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base;
• The desire to automate routine tasks;
• The desire for continuous self-education;
• English level from pre-intermediate and higher.
• Experience and knowledge of ITIL methodologies
